Terms of service
These terms govern the use of NexaDesk, the website, the client portal and connected services. Working draft: it should be reviewed legally before public commercial launch.
Service scope
NexaDesk is desktop management software for technical service, client records, business documents, rental equipment, tickets and licenses. Some features may require internet access, an active license or third-party services.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days from license creation. After the trial expires, the software may limit or block access until a valid license is activated. Data created during the trial is not automatically deleted.
Licenses and renewals
Subscription licenses are valid for the purchased period. After expiry, a technical grace period of 5 days is planned; after that, the software may block use until renewal.
Lifetime license
The lifetime license unlocks the main software license without license expiry. Software updates are included only for the first year from activation. After the first year, new versions, fixes and improvements require a separate update service.
Updates
Updates may include fixes, functional improvements and technical adjustments. Some updates may require minimum operating system versions or additional components.
E-invoicing
XML generation or e-invoicing integrations are provided according to the current technical state of the product. Delivery, archiving and formal validation may require external services and additional conditions.
User responsibilities
The user is responsible for correct data entry, tax settings, backups and lawful use in the applicable country.
Limitation of liability
The software is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, NexaDesk is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, data loss or improper use.
Changes
These terms may be updated for technical, commercial or legal reasons. The version published on the website is authoritative.
